Business to Business (B2B) Telephone Numbers
What is Telemarketing?
Telemarketing is a great way of building prospect lists, increasing customer loyalty and increasing and developing sales. When used to its maximum, telemarketing data can increase a greater interest in a product/services, and therefore have a higher sales conversion rate than that achieved by a typical direct mail campaign.
When embarking on a telemarketing campaign, it is very important that you abide by legislation and industry codes of practice. There are laws around telemarketing to businesses (TPSCTPS), and it is essential your list is fully compliant.
The key to a successful telemarketing campaigns lay in accurate, up to date business data lists. These need to be compliant with the TPS/CTPS register, and you can be confident that all lists Prospectlist provide will indeed meet this requirement. You also need to ensure that your listing is profiled to your business need, and the correct industries and contacts are being targeted. We will work with you in putting this list together.
We can also assist with the delivery of the telemarketing campaign. We have a call centre of which we work with an array of clients, providing outbound telemarketing and research projects. This can be as simple as obtaining an email address, or as in-depth as a 20 question survey. For more information on this service please click here.
Remember, telemarketing is just one marketing tool. For the best sales conversions, you should integrate telemarketing with direct mail and/or an email campaign. In doing this, the recipient is already aware of your business and your offer and your phone call is warm rather than cold. If you carry out an integrated campaign, you should make calls within five working days of sending out your direct mail piece; otherwise any benefits are likely to be significantly reduced.
